Contact TokenJam
TokenJam is built by Metabuilder Labs. Every channel below is monitored by the people who write the code, so you can skip the tier-one script.
Support and general questions
Email support@tokenjam.dev for anything about installing
TokenJam, reading its output, pricing for the hosted control plane, or partnership and press
questions. Include the output of tj doctor if you are reporting something broken;
it captures your version, Python runtime, config location, and daemon state, which is usually
enough to reproduce a problem without a back-and-forth.
Bugs and feature requests
Open an issue at github.com/metabuilder-labs/tokenjam/issues. Public issues are the fastest route for anything reproducible, because the fix, the discussion, and the release note all end up in one place. The source lives at github.com/metabuilder-labs/tokenjam and pull requests are welcome.
Security disclosure
Report suspected vulnerabilities to support@tokenjam.dev with "security" in the subject line rather than filing a public issue. Tell us what you found, how to reproduce it, and how you would like to be credited. We will confirm receipt and keep you posted on the fix. TokenJam runs locally and reads agent telemetry that often contains prompt content, so anything touching that data path gets priority.
Demos and early access
The hosted control plane is in early access. To see it, or to talk about running TokenJam across a fleet of agents, book a time. Thirty minutes, screen share, no deck.
